We are the first company in the Southeast to provide an on-site mobile unit that arrives at your location and performs the document scanning process. Your paper documents never leave your premises. Our mobile facility provides a staff of trained document specialists that scans the documents, indexes the information, and transmits the information over a satellite link from our mobile facility back to an office located in a major city in your state. As the documents are scanned the boxes of information are returned to you for safe keeping. Once the documents are transmitted to our office, the information is available for you to retrieve on-line instantly. If you have internet service today and a computer workstation, you already have everything you need to retrieve any document you have filed instantly. You will be able to print any viewed document or fax that document to anyone. Your documents are not altered in any way. We can scan any document such as bookings, subpoenas, warrants, accidents, medical files, traffic citations, etc. By having a copy of your documents stored electronically off-site you are protected should any catastrophe occur such as flooding, fire, storms, etc. Your document could be printed in its entirety should a disaster occur to your paper document.

Our service provides 24 hours a day by 7 days a week access to your staff. No upfront fees, just a monthly recurring charge for the amount of documents you want stored/retrieved electronically.
