Executive Summary

The Company designs, manufactures, and distributes solar powered electrical generators and water pumping and purification systems. Our devices are ideal for emergency electrical backup, developing countries, remote construction, outdoor music and sporting events, agricultural irrigation, and many other applications. Our products require no set-up, are portable, operate in complete silence, require no refuelling, and are completely free of emissions. We apply innovative designs that use commercially available components to construct highly reliable power and water delivery systems for the twenty-first century.

The need for clean, decentralized power generation and water purification is of paramount importance in the coming decades. Growing concern with global climate change, a worldwide epidemic of waterborne diseases, disturbing increases in atmospheric carbon gases and other poisonous materials, increasingly unreliable power grids and expanding public interest in sustainable business practices have lead us to the conclusion that the time is perfect for our devices.

The Company provides wholesale distribution of our products to federal emergency aid and military agencies, non-governmental organizations, construction companies, rental equipment providers, home improvement retailers, and farm equipment suppliers. Our product design is completed for manufacturability and a patent has been filed on key aspects of our technology. The company has sold half-a-dozen products to users throughout the U.S. and Southeast Asia and is aggressively marketing the devices to target customer segments.

Additionally, we continue to develop new products and have a robust roadmap of significantly higher capacity power devices and water pumping, purification, and desalination systems.

The investment is needed to scale production, create small inventory and deploy demonstration units. We have developed our company and product with private funds from initial partners.
