Direct Participation in Well Drilling Programs in Northeastern US

Midwest Energy, Inc. is in the business of providing clean burning natural gas to the Norteastern US market. We invite investors to directly participate in our Joint Venture drilling programs. With direct participation investors will own a working interest position in each well drilled within the program in which they invested.

There are eight well drilling programs altogether. We will use new technology and completion method proven to increase production.

A working interest position provides the investor income from the production of the wells, as well as the many tax benifits available to working interest owners of newly drilled wells.

Total Proven Reserves 3,984 MMcf.
