Billiards Establishment Seeks Investment to Start a New Venue

Our mission is to provide a billiards hall in West Cobb County. This service is currently not available in the immediate area. Featuring a full service bar and kitchen. Quality of service, food, and unique facility amenities will ensure growth and success.

The facility will provide accommodations for all types of guests, accommodations including but not limited to: 9ft tables, private pool lessons, smoke filtration, free poker nights, happy hour drink and lunch specials, nightly drink specials, APA pool league, and much more.

Located on a major road less than one (1) minute from two (2) high traffic major intersections, ensures visibility and convenience to the potential customer, multiplying the chance of success tremendously.

2. Distinctive Attributes: Full service bar and kitchen with a unique menu, waitress so guest do not have to walk to the bar for service, all regulation 9 ft tables, smoke filtration, and quality first service.

3. Gaming: The addition of several interactive and touch screen games and darts provides both additional entertainment and revenue.
