Invest in Artist Consultant Firm, Independent Record Label, Youth Gym

I am seeking a financial investment to be fully capable of producing an artist consultant firm, an independent record label and a local gym for kids.

I am aiming to build revenue from music/artist consultation/concerts/merchandise to give my business a platform to create jobs for the next generation of artists, producers, models, fashion designers, videographers, photographers, etc.

The current growth of independent artists in North Carolina and abroad are rapid due to the economic woes of the economy inspiring more people to artistically express themselves as therapy to cope with peaks and valleys of life. So, as a result, I am trying to provide a state of the art studio for aspiring artists, an artist consultant firm so that the artist can get the knowledge of how to get their music past their neighborhoods and create residual income for their works. The gym will provide the value of health, nutrition, and raise the awareness of obesity to parents and children, and give them the proper insight on how to live a healthy life before the bad eating habits.

This project is a good business idea because it will immediately employ personal trainers, sales reps, promoters, videographers, photographers, engineers, artists, producers, marketers, and a host of other professionals looking for an opportunity to use their skill set in a market with no outlet. Also, there will be an unlimited amount of revenue created by the gym, the studio, and the artist consultant firm due to the rise of social media and reality TV shows. This microwave generation of teens idolizing celebrities and aesthetics will prove to be advantageous to the musical and fitness professions that I am seeking to provide.

The investor will have myriad opportunities to get a return on his/her investment and have the ability to buy stock into the sub companies created after the growth of the gym and the consultant firm.

Investor opportunity: The investor will be treated as a direct partner for the property and will be paid a profit share as per auditors' advice. The vision is to create a chain of gyms for the youth because that is a huge business opportunity. I currently have a few artists I consult with, I have access to a state of the art studio, and the vision for the gym and its location is at the beginning phases.

The additional funding is needed to gain access to industry contacts to gain more exposure for the music and the other business ventures. It can help us start industry collaboration with a credible artist, cover travelling costs, and begin the ground works for the gym and its location.

The payback period can begin as soon as there is exponential profit from the business.

The kids will have a sense of belonging and will not be tempted to join a gang and get caught into the negatives of city living. The kids' obesity rate will decrease sufficiently. This will be sustainable due the rapid growth of obesity and the amount of people crying out for a solution. The rapid growth of aspiring artists globally will make the studio and the artist consultant firm/label an outlet for entertainment professionals in an area where the resources are limited.

This investment will give me the opportunity to create a platform through music and community service and help me to ultimately give to charities I have interest in and to eventually build a chain of gyms and homeless shelters. Hourly studio rates, artist consultant fess, gym membership fees, donations, concerts, merchandise, record sales, and community events will be the target areas for hourly income and residual income.

My producer is already making an honest living off of his state of the art studios due to the areas lack of resources and the gym concept is an original idea that will shake up the business model in the fitness world.

The investment is needed to help with the building of a studio and a gym, as well as the touring, travel, studio, and industry contact fees.

Instalment schedule: $5000-$9000 US dollars per month for 3-5 years or until the foundation of the business is complete to start business.

I am seeking a hands-on investor or a silent investor and possibly a debt investment as well.

Payback Period: The payback period can begin as soon as there is exponential profit from the business or Approximately 3 to 5 years or as needed.

ROI: The investor will be treated as a direct partner for the property and will be paid a profit share as per auditors' advice and should see a double or more ROI as the business settles in and garners the clientele.
