Hip Hop Artist, Paradox, is looking to launch the careers of other local aspiring artists, producers, models, engineers, DJ's, and promoters through the foundation of his residual income for the talent within his music market.

This is a good business idea based on the current growth of independent artists using their musical talent to crossover into movie roles and beverage and clothing endorsement deals. Artists can draw residual income from a movie, video game, sitcom, and TV song placement as well as income from records sales, ring tones, clothing lines, showcases, concerts, walk-through's, and endorsements. So the ROI is promising due to the fact that there are myriad opportunities for revenue.

This would sell in today's market because record labels are on the downfall and investors and corporations are getting the opportunity to enter the music industry and enable artists to control and own their music instead of giving the power and their money to the record labels. Fans are people that go through ups and downs of life and everyone wants an escape from their life through music. Music is therapy to us all. No matter what genre of music there is art out there that relates to our life in some way and serves as some kind of therapy or entertainment.

This project is already in its initial growth stage with singles on iTunes and other online retailers, songs on the radio, albums, and projects already done.

The investment is needed for global travel to maximize the brand of Paradox and his other affiliates. Funding is needed for industry collaborations, radio, street, club, and internet promotion, video production, street team incentives, embroidery, website optimization, studio and videography equipment, etc...

The investor will have myriad opportunities to get a return on his/her investment and have the ability to buy stock into the sub companies created after the residual income and the momentum of the artist are in place.

Investor opportunity: The investor will be treated as a record executive until money is paid back and doubled and will be paid a profit share as per auditors' advice. Paradox vision is to create a chain of gyms for the youth through the finances of his music platform because that is a huge business opportunity. I currently have a few artists I consult with, I have access to a state of the art studio, and the vision for the gym and its location is at the beginning phases.

I have an advantage over the competitors because I have a business model that industry professionals have endorsed to be the new model of branding artists. I also have an understanding of how to brand the artist, his/her image, and the music. This business model can be duplicated and can serve as a blueprint to the new age way of breaking artists through investors instead of record labels and soon the labels will have to do deals with the investors to get artists.

I could possibly get movie, video game, sitcom, and sports channel song placements that can create the residual income needed to start up a label and artist consultant firm. The investment will allow me to travel to out of state and out of country showcases and concerts to be able to gain paying gigs. Other national and global artists such as J.cole, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Eminem, Rick Ross, Kelly Clarkson, and many other artists are making money globally from music.

Installment schedule: $5000-$9000 US dollars per month for 3-5 years or until the foundation of the business is complete

I am looking for a debt investment in the form of a loan (preferably a silent investor) but I am willing to negotiate an equity investment if that will make the deal more desirable.

Payback Period: The payback period can begin as soon as there is exponential profit from the business or Approximately 3 to 5 years or as needed.

ROI: The investor will be treated as a record executive until money is paid back and doubled and will be paid a profit share as per auditors' advice. The investor should see a double or more ROI as the business settles in and garners notoriety.
