Investment Project for Baby Bottle Drinking Invention

I have come up with an idea to manufacture/sell the idea to the likes of large corporations specialising in baby bottles.

There currently is no baby Bottle in the market which indicates whether the milk is at the correct drinking temperature for the baby. It is often up to the individual feeding the baby to decide whether or not the temperature is correct - this causes a problem, ones outer body temperature fluctuates. These fluctuations will cause the skin to react differently toward the actual temperature of the bottle.

Creating a thermometer on the bottle which indicates the correct drinking temperature, example - green for drink and red for too hot and blue for too cold, rids one of the guessing game and gives one the sense of security knowing that the temperature is in fact correct.

Currently, the project is only getting started with Davison, based in the USA, as the project management team. They will manage it until it reaches the stores.
Royalties will be paid to me, as the "inventor", monthly or quarterly. Davison will receive 10% of the royalties for the life span of the product.

The investor will also receive 10% royalties on the life span of the product. This is on condition the investor is willing to fund any additional requirements set out by Davison. The initial amount is $800 to get the project started. My understanding is that there shouldn't be any other costs and this can be confirmed with Davison in writing.

The product will be marketed to stores by Davison and royalties will be paid from the sales.
