Worldwide Contract for Installation and Demolition of Cell Towers

I am looking for startup capital to launch 30 crews worldwide to install and demolish cell sites for a public company. I have secured the contract at this point and the funding will be for operating capital as well as equipment. I have put about 250k of my own money into this project at this point. My contract starts Jan 1 2013 and is for 3 years. I am offering 20% interest on the money borrowed.

I am looking for at least $500,000 to start my business. I have 20 years experience in this sector and the company that signed the contract came to me. I will be working globally for them for 3 years with a 2 year option. I am offering 20% interest to investors with a first payment 60 days from the loan funding. I have a signed contract in my possession at this time. My monthly gross is 1.1 Million with a 30% profit margin. I will be reinvesting much of my earnings into growth as it is staged growth to help with cash flow.

In the 30 years I have been in the business I have learned to adapt to the new technology with the existing equipment and how to make the switch from site to site quickly and how to take down a site fully in days not weeks like others and that is why they came to me out of the 100,000 plus contactors they use. These new sites need to be done the most cost effective way for them AND I have perfected that in demo and install.

The financing will be used for equipment and cash flow for the first 60 days.

I'm offering 20 percent on your investment and am ready to discuss percentage of profit or stake in company. The loan is to be paid off within 24 months or possibly sooner. If a partnership, this would be a silent capital based partnership.
