Calvo’s Car Service provides the best transportation for those Atlantic City and Pennsylvania gamblers. We will have 30 brand new MCI Motor coach 57 Passenger Buses to our customers. We will be offering our $18 per person for Atlantic City Casinos. We will offer $2 per ticket sold to the vender that sells the ticket to our customers. We will also offer Charter Service to Atlantic City for $70 per hour minimum 9 hours a bus and to Pennsylvania casinos will be $70 per hour minimum 7 hours. For the first 90 days of business, we will offer a ten (10) percent discount off our charter service. We will offer this to our customers by phone as well as advertising in the local periodicals. Backed by eight years of great customer service, Calvo’s Car Service will make our customers who use our service feel like “Royalty”.

Calvo’s Car Service will operate 24 hours a day with 3 runs a day to Atlantic City. We will also provide Airport Service for Corporate and Personal Use as well as bachelor & bachelorette parties. Our Limousine Service will operate 24 hours a day. The price for the Limousine Service is $40 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours.

J. Calvo, President/Owner, owns Calvo’s Car Service. He has an AAS Degree in Business Management from Berkeley College in Woodbridge, NJ and has driven taxis in Central NJ for eight years.

As the plan is executed properly and funded properly, the company will grow to be a viable entity in the Philadelphia, PA area, where it will be based and from where the company will expand outside the five county areas stated in the plan into other states.

Calvo’s Car Service is seeking a maximum amount of $27,000,000 in short term financing that will be used to cover start up costs, such as licensing, purchasing 40 brand new MCI D4505 motor coaches 57 passenger buses, thirty (30) brand new Chrysler 300C Sedans, advertising and provide working capital until the business becomes self-supporting.

The financing is needed to help the company become profitable. The loan will be paid off in full within ten (10) years

Interest payments will begin after the first month of obtaining financing, but we forecast the operation will generate sufficient revenue to pay down the balance of the loan. Payments of the loan will be completed by the end of ten (10) years.
