The companies core business is to help improve the indoor air environment and subsequently the health of individual, thereby reducing the man hours and money lost due to sick leave while also combating infectious diseases.
These diseases can spread very quickly, and can have disastrous consequences.

The aim is to make the client actually aware of probable environmental problems at the business premises, drilling platforms, oil production platforms, shipping, onshore plant, hospitals, high rise buildings (Business and Residential), Schools, Hotels, Commercial Buildings, which could have grave financial, legal and ethical consequences for any company or building owners.

The business is planning to introduce to Viet Nam nationwide a new product that is currently not available to the market in Vietnam, this product has been proven its worth by using within the Marine Oil & Gas Offshore Industry and a number of commercial & private buildings in Thailand especially in Bangkok (and other towns). The product is a “GREEN” product and will improve the Indoor Air Quality within the workplace and at home using the well known product “Tea Tree oil” which is prominent in many products available worldwide especially health & beauty products. It is a natural product and can be used on all members of the family including new born babies with no known side-effects.
Using the product known as “GermXit” for Heating and Ventilation Air Conditioning Systems or the system that pumps cool air around all types of offices, hospitals, schools , passenger terminals, shopping malls. Etc.

• Protection of the general environment from the generation of biological organisms in Industrial and Commercial Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, as well as maintenance of Air Purifying Systems that have no protection against the cause of biological organism breeding.
• Protection of employees health and well being , form the lethal diseases (fatal or non-fatal), which emanate from these biological organisms.
• Protection of your companies assets from the ravages of unscrupulous lawyers, Insurance Companies, Hospitals and families of employees out for a quick dollar, because your company negligently failed to institute effective measures for the protection of your employees working environment.
•Maintenance of the breeding environment in the Air Conditioning Evaporators and other associated infrastructure to prevent the development of biological organisms from occurring in the first instance.
