One proposed estate is located on a game ranch, Ndevu, situated in Kavue, Zambia. The Kavue River runs adjacent.

This game ranch is situated 4 hours from Lusaka. On the game ranch is an existing airstrip of 2 km. Tourist will be transported via aeroplane. The game ranch consists of elephants, lions, leopards, crocodiles, buffalo etc. There are micro-lights for transport to and from the ranch.

The estate will have 120 available units, selling for the amount of 650 000 pounds per unit, giving buyers the opportunity to own a piece of real estate within a 50 000 hectare wildlife estate, managed by professionals.
