Well Established Agriculture & Horticulture Company Willing to Expand

Our project idea is to expand our company's current business in response to the high market demand and the present great opportunities.

I'm the Official Representative of an intensively growing Agricultural Company in Azerbaijan. Our company is established by a team of highly experienced experts in horticulture and agriculture. The company has long-researched horticultural and agronomic techniques, as well as vegetable, fruit growing technology promoted by International Projects.

Throughout the years the company proved to be an example of modern innovative agriculture. We have demonstrated how the implementation of the good practices in development and management of agricultural companies can be applied in Azerbaijani conditions.

The company has very diversified service and production opportunities. The main income generation sources will be refrigerated warehouse, greenhouse and horticulture. At the present our company has 1 Refrigerated Warehouse with 1000 ton capacity, a Dried Fruits Factory, a 70 ha apple garden and all the necessary equipment.

The company’s warehouse will have a capacity sufficient to store 2,000 ton of fruits per 6 months.

The company is seeking USD 7,000,000 to finance the purchase of new refrigerated warehouse, greenhouse and horticulture, to upgrade the facilities, and to cover start-up expenses and first year expenses. It is estimated that the company will begin to make a profit in Year 2 of operations.

The company does not expect to have any cash flow problems during the first six years of operations.
