Investment Opportunity
This golden opportunity is to rehabilitate the quarry after few years of interruption. The company got many contracts so it's now an emergency to restart operating.
The quarry has been operational for several years, however due to acts of vandalism committed by its employees, the quarry has ceased to operate since 2010. After numerous contracts signed recently with the Government, we want to rehabilitate the Quarry.
Our top Ayene quarry is 60 km from Yaounde, the capital city of Cameroon. This quarry is the only large-scale one in Central Africa sub-region. It is connected to the big city Yaoundé by an excellent road network. We also have a big deposit yard in Yaoundé in order to be close to the customer.
We intend to sell our gravel to the government, which has undertaken major road works, as well as to many road construction companies operating in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

The owner of the Quarry has been elected City mayor since last December 2013; now it's time for him to restart activities. In terms of government guaranty, the quarry is licenced.

We have the opportunities to enter lots of big construction projects in Central Africa.
The stones are available for over 100 years of operation.
Rationale for the deal
Our profit target is to earn 5 million USD per year, out of charge. So if we equip our quarry well we could earn more than expected, due to the fact that here the demand is higher than the supply.

The financing will be used to rehabilitate machines, productions engine, electricity system, as well as to:

• Review & supply petrol station
• Purchase wear parts
• Purchase new gear (engine)
• Purchase rolling stock (Lorry)
