Investment Opportunity

My company has acquired all the legal documents needed to commence Gold mining activity in Ghana. I have 23 concessions, each about 25 acres. We need an investor.

We intend to perform two types of mining operations, rock and alluvial.

Our mission is to be a leader in the exploration, production and processing of gold by providing the highest quality of service using the most advance technology, with high grade of efficiency at the most competitive price.

We have already registered and set up our venture and need capital and machinery to start mining operations immediately.

Competitive Advantage

We have a very large land area, so the mining activities can last for a longer period of time.

Rationale for the deal

Gold for the past decades has remained the most stable investment ever; dating back more than 10 years ago when gold was only $300.00 per ounce, according to U.S journal. With the current recession in the United States and around the globe, there is only one projection for gold to follow and that is UP.

It has been projected that starting next year (2015) gold prices will be valued at $3000.00 per ounce and will eventually go up as high as $35000/ ounces by year end 2015. And that is why we have fully committed ourselves to succeed in making this company a leader in small scale gold mining industry in Ashanti, Ghana.

Use of financing

Funding is needed to acquire all the needed machinery for the project.

Our organization is seeking a financial investment of USD 500,000 from various private entities who are interested in the Gold Mining Industry.
