Requested funds would be used to resource the company i.e purchase vehicles for operation, buy laptops and computers. Expanding operations also means that more hands would be needed to be able to adequately serve our clients. Part of the investments would also be used to recruit and pay the salaries of new staff to augment the strength of the already-existing team.
Currently, there is available for take-over 50% shares of the company. Any equity investor would thus be able to own these shares depending on the quantum of investment.
The ROI is expected to be fast and would aggregate not less than 30% per annum effective 2 years after the investment.
As it is now, Drive 5 will welcome a hands-on or silent investor so long as the investor shares and believes in the vision and mission of the company to grow and capture the PR and Events market of Africa from its base in Accra, Ghana.
Preferably, the investment instalment schedule could follow a 50 - 30 - 20 trend. That is, the would-be investor would have to advance 50% of the total investments after the deal has been signed and the remainder disbursed in 30%-20% tranches.
