Location

Ghana has huge housing deficit with demands exceeding supply.
Currently, properties in the target area have been oversold prompting escalation of land and property prices in the area.

With entire new city under construction, the target area is the destination for the next shift of the middle class populace in Ghana whose taste for quality and modern housing I am seeking investment to meet.

• Acquisition of more lands.
• Construction of residential properties for sale.
• Construction of commercial space for leasing.

Expected payback period can be agreed upon with investor based on their terms. The rationale for this decision is to allow the investor to have great ROI on their investment for the first project.

Investor has the opportunity to partner with me for much larger gated estates projects after recouping initial investment which can be discussed later after investor is satisfied with first project.

Both hands on and silent investors are welcome given that I am ready to roll my sleeves to get everything done on the ground including permanent relocation to Accra, Ghana to ensure success of the project from beginning to completion.
