We are aiming to produce quality homes in a classy neighbourhood which is completely fenced, with amenities such as mall, gymnasium, bar and restaurant, playground, etc.

Ghana is a very stable country and has just discovered oil and is experiencing a real estate boom.

Our customer base includes Expatriate workers, Ghanaians who are returning from overseas, foreign nationals and upper middle income Ghanaians.

We have an aggressive marketing strategy both in Ghana and overseas.

We will be building about 146 homes each with a profit margin of about $50,000-$150,000, with expected gross return of about $14,000,000 (14 million USD) on the initial investment of $4,000,000 (4 million USD).

We are in negotiations to expand to a 200-acre location.
The project is expected to complete in 5-7 years.
The project is at the start-up stage, with roads and plots demarcated; we need capital injection to complete road network and infrastructure, and to start construction of model homes.
