Shopping Mall Development

Strategic partnership with private equity investors is being sought for the construction of an ultra-modern shopping mall complex in Accra - Ghana. The facility will include a 100 bed hotel and an aquarium.

The aim is to offer Ghana the number one tourist and recreational destination with the most modern shopping environment.

We are in the process of acquiring a 100 acre plot of land at the outskirts of Accra for commercial development. The plan is to develop a commercial cum tourist enclave that should easily become the number one shopping address in Ghana.

This project will offer to Ghanaians a unique destination with a shopping, business and recreational appeal all fused into one concept.

This will be the first in the series of projects in the 100 acre enclave which is christened Iconic Park.

The first phase includes the construction of a Mega Mall and a theme Park.

We believe this is a very viable project because its concept is unique and will easily offer good competition to the only shopping mall in the country..
