Debt/Equity Investor Needed for a Profitable Dairy Farming Project

Investor is needed to provide INR 3505000 for a dairy farming project in Maharashtra, India. Expected payback period would be one year. We are open to both debt and equity investments.

In Maharashtra, there is very high demand for milk and prices are increasing day by day. At the same time, we have pretty good experience in the small-scale cattle rearing. We would like to expand the business to have up to 50-100 cows in a dairy farm.

The income from 10 cows for one month is Rs.90,000/-. Therefore, the income from 50 cows in one month will be Rs. 4,50,000/-.

In terms of development costs, one cow costs Rs. 50,000/-, so 50 cows will cost 50*50,000 = Rs. 25,00,000/-. Sheds and other fixed expenses will amount 10,50000.

You can help me with the full amount. We can share the income equally.

We have registered dairy firm necessary utilities and infrastructure and 10 Acres of land in my area so there won't be any problem for the property. My land also has good water and good climate for rearing of cows.

The daily increasing demand gives us an opportunity to benefit from the business for a long period of time.

Money will be made at two stages in this business. The first stage would be milk production from dairy farming and the second one would be production of flavoured milk which would add value.

Other big brands are making millions daily in this business even when they are buying from outside and incurring big overheads.

Investment is needed for milk producing animals and packing machines.

The reason for the finance requirement is to accelerate current farming and gain time.

The Investor can have a desired instalment schedule of 5% per month as profit.

Debt investor can earn 4% per month; Equity investor can have a 50% share.
