Floricultural/ Fruit Plantation Project in Himalayas

I’m looking to start a flower production in Shivalik hills in Uttrakhand, India.
I am aiming to produce export quality flowers like Thai lily and rose, in contract with the government of Uttrakhand.
I have available land and need funds for polyhouse development.

The project will be done in collaboration with government agencies, so it is a safe business with guaranteed revenue.

The government is promoting floriculture in Nainital belt which has the great potential to be one of the best places for flower production. A general advantage is that this sort of business is tax free in India. The sector is really unorganized, so it won’t be difficult to establish a good market position.

The cash payback will start in 4 months’ time and the annual net profit will be around 35-40%
