Integrated Coconut Processing with Innovative Ideas Seeks Funding

The idea is to integrate the coconut processing like coconut oil extraction and activated carbon production by using a newly developed machine.

In this project both coconut oil and activated carbon are produced in the same factory with interlinking methods. This is a novel concept in the coconut industry. There is possibility of selling the project concept to the whole coconut-processing world.

The investment project is a novel concept in coconut processing industry.

Combining both the coconut oil extraction including continuous copra drying and activated carbon making including continuous charcoal making. The charcoal machine and the copra dryer are newly developed. This integration model will produce low cost products at high quality standards, which can compete the world market.

This project is proposed for two reasons. One for putting the project of our own as a pilot scale and second one selling the project concept to the outside customers as a turnkey project.

All the necessary trial runs have been taken to see the viability of the project. The charcoal machine, which I have developed, is registered for the patent. I was in the charcoal business for nearly 3 years.

The project is to be started from the seed level i.e. procuring land, building construction, machinery procurement, raw material purchase.

The timeline for the project to start its running will be 10 months.

The ROI for the investor will be 25% and the payback period will be 3 years.

The advantage of this technology is its uniqueness. Since my machine is patent applied, nobody has the right to make the machine. We can compete to any of the producer in any part of the world since with this novel concept, we can produce the product at very cost.

We are looking for equity investment. The dividend for the investor will be discussed personally.
