Investor/partner required for dairy/integrated agriculture ventures

Looking for a investor/partner for expanding dairy/goat/sheep/chicken/bananas​ and coconut farming in a integrated value adding venture.Profit sharing of 80:20%

I am into agriculture ventures past 7 years and slowly developed into banana farming,dairy farming and goat/sheep farming and other allied agriculture activities.
Right now I am looking for a expansion of agriculture lands and I require a investor who is passionate into agriculture and green house farming of floriculture and horticulture etc and also into dairy farm expansion to 50 heads of cows and buffaloes.

The net profit will be 30 to 40% of the investment.

The competitive edge with me is the running cost and overhead costs are very low comparing to others because of the availability of climate and land where the project is dependent.apart from this the labour cost are very cheap and abundant comparison g to other projects,hence it will be sustainable business opportunity for the investors.

The project which we are expanding is very demanding sector especially milk and agriculture products and there is wide opportunity for export also when done meticulously.There is zero competition in this sector as there is no saturation of demand as such in this sector.

Cash in hand for running cost:USD 3000

Total:USD 10000.

All other investments covered by myself already and well established.

Once we enter into this project the investor can gain a handsome share of 80% of the profit which none others will be ready to provide in any project.
Second the expansion phase is very fast in this sector and likewise the sales revenue will manifold in short period of time.
