Required Debt Fund For Expansion of Dairy Farm in Ahmedabad Gujarat

We are having fully functional self sustained dairy farm with 36 Banni breed of buffaloes in Ahmedabad. We are expanding and targeting 300+ buffaloes within 3 yr.

To fund our expansion, I need fund of approx 200,000 USD.
This fund will utilize to purchase more cattle, automation products like milking parlour, cattle feed preparation and ultra modern shed.

Later on, second phase, value addition machinery will be added.

We are selling milk to private households.
We are also selling milk to Govt dairy cooperative.

As there is more demand, we do not have any marketing problem. By selling to Government Dairy, profit will be less but you can expand exponentially.

Also, we have an opportunity to tie-up with existing big established companies like Vadilal, Quality, DairyDen and other private big players like M7M, Godrej, PepsiCo, Coca cola as they are entering in milk business in innovated ways.

Project Location:
The dairy farm will be located in an area where there is assured market of milk round the year. It is easily accessible to the main road and between the locality of household.

Feed & Fodder cultivation:
We are growing green fodder in our attached farm(4 acres approx) throughout the year.
Water:
Good quality fresh water for animal drinking and for the cleaning, washing etc. is available
Electricity:
Adequate supply of electricity is available.
Labour:
Honest, economic and regular supplies of labours are available.
Veterinary Aid:
Veterinary Hospital, Artificial Insemination Center/Livestock Aid Centers are available close to the dairy farm.

Purchase more cattle,
Automation products like milking parlour,
Cattle feed preparation machiery
Ultra modern shed
Bulk milk coolers

Later on, second phase, value addition machinery will be added.

Debt will be decent market rate and lock-in period is only 3-5 years as agreed mutually.
There will be additional opportunity to go bigger way during second phase.
