The whole investment of about ₹ 50 Lacs to ₹ 1 Crore could be paid back at the 50% project sale expected to take about 9-12 months.
We would be looking for a silent investor who would want to exit the project at the earliest.
Initial investment towards farmland purchase advance could be made in the name of investor, if he is an Indian Citizen & resident.
