We are going intense level of coaching and through technical advance set up of video conferencing.

We are planning to enhance our centres and expand to all India level, our head office being at Mumbai, for which we need to buy our own office setup along with latest technological setup for Video Conferencing so that we can provide continous back up to our students round the clock for 24 hrs. through Virtual Classroom Studies

Our HEAD OFFICE setup is focussed to be at VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI for which we need atleast 35 lacs, which we need for 5 yrs.

We are ready to repay the amount along with interest as per your laid down terms and conditions within a period of 5 yrs.

Right now we dont have any security , so we are in need of INVESTORS who would come forward to help us reach our goal. We can provide @30%maximum on yearly basis.

We have been into this business since the last year , but we have registered it recently and now as we are registered we can start it in a full fledged manner.

Our RESULTS are almost 75% and we have huge response considering the feedback up we give to our students.

We are in the start up phase , as till now our office is on rent, so we want to buy our own OFFICE, for which we urgently need the amount.

Rs.9000*60 = Rs 540000 per month * 12 = Rs 64,80,000/-

Along-with that our office price value increases @ 25% in mumbai at the minimum

Also we are having discussions with Leading Banks to provide us the PROJECT LOAN OF 50 LACS, so all these added makes ur INVESTMENT SECURE, and once our loan is finalised we can very well repay your amount along with INTEREST.
