Study Vault Education Investment Project with Returns of Minimum 30%

An educational venture with guaranteed returns of minimum 30%. The project is of imparting test preparation education to leading K12 English medium schools.

We are already running few projects in Delhi/ NCR and some PSUs in U.P.

Unique Points to be noticed:
1. A company called 'STUDY VAULT' which is operational for a couple of months now and it caters to the students from VIII to XII pass for board cum test preparations viz. NTSE, Olympiads, IITJEE, AIEEE, Medical & State level Entrance Exams.

2. The actual market size of test preparation coaching industry is approximately 55000 Cr. and the major competitors are BANSAL CLASSES - KOTA, FIITJEE, AAKASH, NARAYANA, SriChetanya etc.

3. WHY STUDY VAULT?
One major point that takes us out of all the competitors like FIITJEE, AAKASH etc. is that STUDY VAULT is directly dealing with schools and that too within their premises. It stops the students within the school and they along with their parents prefer to study at schools in spite of going to various coaching after school hours.

For Study Vault it omits the infrastructure cost and also omits all other expenses viz. electricity, furniture etc. which these competitors have to bear. STUDY VAULT is already running some projects like Delhi Public School, H.A.L. Public School & D.A.V., GAIL. The minimum guaranteed turnover of these three projects in 2012-13 would be 1 Cr total. We have a huge network of reputed schools in North India as our PR with most of the schools is very good. Study Vault is doing well as of now because we are trying to cover the gap between demand and supply. We are not a brand and actually a tiny part of this 55000 Cr. Industry but our services are dedicated and it actually hits the demand of the students/ parents/ school management.

4. Our mode of operation is to:
a. Hire part time faculties (project basis) and once we have more than one project in an area we convert the faculties into full time. We offer weekday & weekend classes, therefore, it is easier to get good faculties on part time basis.

b. We hire experienced faculties like B.Tech/ M.Tech from IITs or some other reputed institutions with good communication skills in English. It maintains the quality delivery, as most of the English medium schools prefer delivery in English, which these competitors are not able to deliver.

c. We have high quality study material with lot of problems practice for students. The academic sessions are organised with scheduled test and PTMs (Parents meet) to ensure right communication/ feedback.

5. Based on the projects response we wish to give a presentable and organised shape to STUDY VAULT. This is why we need investors. We also have few more ready to start projects.
