Investment Needed for Specialty Hospital and Medical College

We have around 100 Acres of land in the state capital city of Kerala, India, and we are going to invest 300 crores Rupees for this new Medical Care project.

The project is Medical Health Care based and is to be divided in to two phases. The first phase is about establishment of an international-level Super Specialty Hospital. The second phase is about launching a Medical College that will start with a facility of 150 medical student admissions. The college will be a center of excellence in the state.

The project location is very advantageous. The plot is facing the National Highway hardly 4 km from the state prestigious IT Zone Techno Park, Infosys, TCS and other IT business centres.

We are looking for a debt investors. Returns are guarateed.
At the start-up stage we expect profit of minimum 20 to 25 crores Indian Rupees per year. From the third year onwards we can ensure a profit of 100 crores Indian Rupees.
