The company has decided to upgrade our standards, X12 Version 4010A1 to 5010 and from NCPDP 5.1 to D.0. Standard. HIPAA ASC X12 version 5010 and NCPDP version D.0 are new sets of standards that regulate the electronic transmission of our healthcare transactions, including eligibility, claim status, referrals, claims, and remittances.

Our certified coders are also capable of ICD-10 Coding. ICD-10 Coding is upgraded version as it will allows for a greater level of detail with its seven (7) alphanumeric characters instead of the 5-digit ICD-9 code set.

Our indirect and direct competitors are small and medium companies from India providing similar services. We are different and better than them because we are maintaining TAT, quality and problem solving. Our advantage is sustainable and we believe on 100% that we can make a success with competitors; we already worked on how to outperform the competitors during the past six years.

I have started my career in 2006 and have gained immense knowledge in the US healthcare industry. I have 6+ years’ experience in the end-to-end Medical Transcription and Billing process.

The maximum capital needed is Rs.75, 00,000.00 and the minimum amount is Rs.25,00,000.00. Two rounds of finance will be needed.

We are looking for a silent investor

We are offering a 20% profit share. The profits will be released after 8 months from the establishment of the process. The first 8 months will be required to the assure stability of the project.

Rs.45 Lakhs will be paid to the investor and Rs.30 lakhs will be outstanding and assumed to be paid off in the third financial year.
