We are a team of well qualified and highly experienced doctors , looking for a new startup venture

We have been running a multi speciality hospital for last 6 years in a rural place in Baroda district , Gujarat,which is serving mostly the tribal and farmers. We have a good team of motivated doctors with us.
We are in search of a reliable investor to raise funds for further expansion plans in this area of Gujarat, India to:

1) Expand the present setup to include higher investigations and tertiary level care.
2) Opening branches in more interior rural areas.
3) A multi speciality setup in Baroda city ( Vadodara, Gujarat) for which we already posses a land.

Is it possible to have a joint venture or any other type of partnership into any of the above mentioned expansion plans?
