Boutique hotel in Nairobi, located along the Southern Bypass next to the highway. Drawings are already approved by the county government. Land is already purchased.

The current project is about construction of a boutique hotel in Nairobi, along the southern bypass. The target market for the hotel is the international road traveler from Zambia and Tanzania to DRC, Uganda and Rwanda. Revenue generation is through hotel accommodation sales. Expected outcome is a competitive hotel that is the go to place for international road travelers.

Current progress includes purchase of the land and obtaining approved documentations and licensing to construct. The project construction should be complete in 12 months. Funding is needed to start and complete construction, including furnishings and initial running costs.

The property fronts a major highway that connects Southern Africa to Central Africa. The property lies in Nairobi. This means capital gains from the property will be high.

There are similar boutique hotels around but they are not easily accessible since they dont' front tarmac.

The investor will put in equity and then own the property which can be used as a hotel, or hostel or bedsitters for monthly rent. The land is owned by a limited liability company. The new investor will buy shares into the LLC. I have carried out similar successful projects for other clients in my capacity as project architect for the last 14 years.
