The just few manufactures in the region have a monopoly of controlling the regional market due to the advantage of being first-comers.
I have done my own research and developed a strategy on how to be different and better than the competition to enable a successful market entry and sustainable competitiveness. Only if we kick start this one would see that I walk the talk, and not to talk the walk.
This is a really sustainable business because even if competitors think of repeating our success, it would take them long time to understand the specificities while we are on move.

Current and future market gaps are already there because the industry is not exhausted and it is not an obvious business one or anybody can just think of and enter the market.
There are existing market players making money from different opportunities with a lot of problems but my strategies are different, and we would therefore make more money.
Target market is my own country urban market and other markets in the region. We plan to address the export market Kenya being the regional business hub.
