Current progress includes purchase of the land and obtaining approved documentations and licensing to construct. The project construction should be complete in 12 months. Funding is needed to start and complete construction, including furnishings and initial running costs.
The property fronts a major highway that eases accessibility to major towns neighboring. The property lies in the outskirts of Nairobi. This means capital gains from the property will be high.
There are similar housing apartments around but they are not easily accessible since they don't' front tarmac. The demand for housing is still very high therefore ensuring an all time sustainable tenant base.
The investor will put in equity and then own shares of the property for monthly rent. The investor will take 80% of the monthly rent obtained after the construction of the units. The investor will provide the quoted money, which shall be repaid at a small interest rate agreed.
