This is an investment opportunity to build a guest house in GDh. Hoadedhoo, an inhabited island, located at the south of Huvadhu Atoll, the second largest natural atoll of the Maldives. This is expected to be a highly profitable business, which is at the very early stage. Maldives is known as a perfect tourist destination, and especially this location is uniquely a mind-blowing natural beauty.

The guest house operation is expected to bring very high profit earnings every month. Firstly we will build the guest house and start operating. Land is already available and I'm looking for an investor and partner to start the business.

As a Maldivian, I am looking for an investor who can invest funds and be a business partner. I already have land of 4000 sq feet which is enough to build a guest house of 6-10 rooms. With sufficient funds, the building of guest house can be completed in a maximum of 6 months. This is expected to be a highly profitable business, which is at the very early stage. Maldives is known as a perfect tourist destination, and especially this location is uniquely a mind-blowing natural beauty.

This is a very new business in Maldives. I haven't been in this industry, but since I own a land and tourism industry in the Maldives is in a boom so I thought building a guest house is going to be a good idea, especially in the south Huvadhu atoll, which consists of one of the most fascinating coral islands in the world.
