Developing a guest house at Maldives Local Island would be great opportunity to the customers who dream to visit Maldives with cheaper price.
We would be the best guest houses in the Maldives and is believe to have beautiful lagoon, white sandy beaches, and the culture of the island and will get privacy as tourist resort on the islands (Dhiyamigili and Dhiffushi). Hotels will be located in the public area but with privay and will be closer to the beach. Our Guest Houses will be developed with 10 guest rooms and one restaurant (30 seats) including three meals per day with well trained employees. There will be 3 types of package which are All Inclusive, Full board and half board package. All the customers can buy the package when they making reservation or after they arrived to the Hotel. In addition to providing information about the locations of the islands, we plan to collaborate with tour agencies and businesses throughout the area by offering packages and special rates. All the rooms will be designed in traditional types, including all modern facilities such as TV, Telephone, internet, Air Condition, hair dryer, hot and cold water etc. Also Hotel will be providing snorkeling trips to nearest lagoons and fishing trips. In general the we can deliver all the activities and services which are providing from the tourist resort except one – Alcohol, which are illegal to sell in Local Island by law. But those who want drink we can offer them a trip to nearest tourist resort. Currently There are 1 tourist resort where can reach within 10 minutes by small speed boat from Dhiyamigili And lot of tourist resorts near Dhiffushi.
We will be targeting for both Local and world tourism market. As everyone in the world believes Maldives is the best destination to travel and to make fabulous holiday. Each and everyone in the world dream to visit Maldives once their life time. But very few peoples can full fill their dreams especially to rich people. We are focused on those who unable to visit Maldives Resorts due to expensive price. Therefore our targeted customers are middle and low class customers everywhere in the world. We will contact with different travel agents from different destination, such as UK, Germany, Italy, Russia, India, China, Japan etc.
During the low occupancy period, we will be focused on local customer (peoples from another island from Maldives). Because now Maldivian people love to visit one island to another island as they have great opportunity to visit from one island to another island (by sea ferry everyday). Also during the festive season like Al’haa Eid, more people are travelling to another island. We can offer them special price.

Rationale for the deal
We will be contacting with travel agents and we assured there will be very good demand for this hotel. When occupancy is more 80% there will be buffet service in three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) but there will be a alcart menu on every tables. When guest arrived to the Maldives (air port), will be welcoming by our staff or the travel agency.
There will be two types of the transportations which are our own speed and Air taxi. Guest can decide the transportation while they making reservation.
By speed boat will be much cheaper than the air taxi but the traveling time will be very long, 4 hours from Male to Dhiyamigili also the traveling time from male to Dhiffushiy will not be long, so there is no point of travelling vai seaplane .
If guest chosen air taxi it (to travel dhiyamigili) will take around 60 minutes to reach nearest tourist resort (COMO Maalifushi) then we will pick them from there by boat.
