Maldives Resort Development Project - Concept stage - Financiers Only

We are seeking for a financier for a Resort Development project in Maldives. The Concept is not yet introduced by any hoteliers.

Our company is registered in Republic of Maldives, and is created with the aim of identifying and acquirinng of potential properties, developing viable tourist resorts in the Republic of Maldives, and providing travel & tour services.

Business plan and executive summary would be submitted upon request.

We are not standing in line, where there are no competitors; still we do not stand out to say that we are the best. However, we say we are the “gurus” due to our founders, managements and team, who have been in this journey for over a decade. At our company we do not have much time to compete with outsiders, as we compete with ourselves to create & provide extra ordinary services.

We are interested in finance partners only.

The investment would be paid back with maximum interest of 8%. Furthermore, once the investment is recovered the financier would benefit 30% A.P of the property for the entire life of the property , as well as 20% from every future property.
