Plastic Disposable Syringes & Concentrated Oxygen Plant in Nigeria

Our aim is to manufacture plastic disposable syringes & concentrated oxygen for over 5000 healthcare facilities in our region. We need fund to buy machinery.

We intend to manufacture 50 million pieces of plastic disposable syringes. The local demand is about 170 million units per annum. The current market price is 20 naira but we plan to sell for 10 naira each (about 0.06 USD). We are also partnering with Zhengri plastic manufacturing machine company in China to supply us with all the machinery for syringe production and train our staff how to operate it at the cost of about 380,000 USD.

We also want to produce concentrated oxygen to supply to the healthcare facilities in our region. The demand for oxygen in our health care facilities is not met because there is no oxygen manufacturing plant in my region. We are partnering with a leading oxygen plant manufacturer in India to supply us the machinery. We have an offer from them to supply us with a plant that will be filling 20 cylinders daily for 114,000 USD.

We have 8000 square yards of land suitable for construction of the factory.

There is insufficient supply of the above products on the market and we will provide them at clear cost advantage over the existing competitors.

About 6000 (six thousand USD) will be needed for a month’s supply of the raw material (polypropylene) for Syringe production. Our factory capacity will be 50 million syringes annually and 72000 cubic meters of concentrated Oxygen. One syringe is sold for about 20 naira (0.125USD). We plan to sell for 10 naira (0.0625USD). We expect annual sales volume of 30 million syringes in the first year. We expect to reach 100% of plant capacity in 18 months.

Due to the high demand of Oxygen and uncomplicated nature of the oxygen plant, we expect to reach 100% of plant capacity in 3 to 6 months. Our annual revenue from syringes will be 1,875,000 USD (one million eight hundred and seventy five thousand USD) in the first year. 2,500,000 USD (two million five hundred thousand USD) in the second year and maximum sale revenue will be 3,125,000USD (three million one hundred and twenty five thousand USD). For concentrated Oxygen, we plan to sell 1 cubic meter for 1000 naira (6.25USD) annual sales revenue will be 450,000 USD (four hundred and fifty USD).

We seek $500,000 USD (five hundred thousand USD) to buy machinery and about $50,000 (fifty thousand) to build our factory.

We will pay our investors back with 10% interest within 18 months.
