Production of RPVC & Irrigation pipes (waste & electrical conduit) is looking to either borrow money or start a partnership to purchase machines and raw material.

The fund required is min $50000 and max $75000.

We are producing waste & conduit PVC pipes and irrigation pipes.
The payback period is min one year and max two years.
I worked in a PVC pipe company in Nigeria for 20 years.
I am ready to pay the interest rate and hypothecate all of the machinery till payment is complete.
It is a good business idea because there is a very good market for the products, promising a turnover of min 25 million ($150000) and max 40 million ($250000) for start.
At the current stage only a rented shed is available.
There might be additional funding of $10000 to $15000 max.

I have extensive experience in the field (see attachment). I already identified and studied the market and came to the conclusion that I can sell with lesser profit to capture the market. One of my advantages is that I know most of the buyers. I am sure that I can get success easily over competitors. Other market players can not sell at low profit as their overhead is high.

My opportunity is to easily capture market by introducing low cost formulation with good quality.

Investment of max $75000 is needed to start up.

I promise to pay $10000 every three months.

The investment can be in the form of either loan or equity.
The total amount without any delay is $90000. The interest rate will be min 7.7% to 11%.
If it is equity investment then my own share will be 40% while 60% will go to the investor.
Whether the investor will be hands-on or silent depends on the investor’s preferences.
Expected payback period is max two years.
Expected return will be 7.5% to 11% plus on the total loan.
Desired investment instalment is every quarter of the year.
