I have a fantastic and ever green project and you may be interested . The plan is attached along with world bank report and I would like to inform that during 5 GRAND slums which occurred in the world during 1919,1945,1987,2001 and 2008 in which big business houses went bankrupted and financial institution were busted but only this and cosmetic industry showed profit of 30%.

This is the only business which guarantees profit which no other does. The projects are to be raised in Pakistan.

I am offering 45% equity share in the project. If a loan can be arranged that is also acceptable to $500,000.00 to be repaid in 10 years on monthly installment to be started 8 months after disbursement. Rate of interest should be 3%.

Please be noted that after China's 70 billion dollars investment (25 have already being invested) , this area is going to become commercial hub within next 3 years..

Then I foresee tremendous increase of prices in real estate after China's investment in Gwadar , one of the deepest 4th port in the world in which 200,000 tons of ship can be berth and for this purpose I require 1 million US Dollars. Even Dept Convertible Loan is also appreciated. For this purpose I require 18 months grace period.

I am writing to you to know that can you advance Loan Or Grant to me for 1.5 millions Dollars? You can finance one project also.

If you do not want to finance 1.5 Million Dollars then increase the amount to 5 Million Dollars with 2 years grace period to be payable in 25 years on monthly basis.

There is a Swiss company by the name of NESTLE( must be familiar) has invested invested 200 million dollars and is making only 4 products. Netherlands is 1/5th size of Pakistan and has 15% of the world market, whereas Pakistan is the 5th biggest producer of milk and has 0% share in the world. Such huge is our market.

Indirect competitors are the supplier on motorcycle whereas direct competitors are suppliers of milk on trucks. Up to today no direct competitors possesses the equipment which I have and their method of collection and distribution is conventional. Due to shortage of supply I don't have much competition and the market increases with the increase of population

Profit will be from $300 to 450 per day. marketing is no problem due to short supply. I know many suppliers and at the same time the buyers also. I require minimum of $500,000.00 for the project to take off the ground. For this business billions of dollars are insufficient as 36 items can be derived from milk. generations are required to cover the entire products.
