The investment payback period will be 10 years. Equity investors will be earning 30% of their investment per annum, while debt investors are offered 3-5% interest pa.

We are a trading company which delivers different food products that are very vital for every Filipino. The food business we are involved in is a no competitor business, since we cater the food preparations which we supply to all feed millers, thus providing their raw materials for feeds. In doing so we are indirect producer of feeds. In foods, we supply meat, rice, sugar, wheat flour, Palm Oils and other chemical and other food additives which are exported to our neighboring countries.

The Philippines have a population of over 100 Million and food is very vital in every table. Opportunity in the business is very large and lucrative in terms of current and future market. We are not restricted to the local market but also look towards the global food market. We are involved in food export for six months now, our executives and staff have been in this market for almost a decade.

We only need financing for a period of 5 years and can ensure good investment in terms of returns. I see that we can double or triple the sales if we can provide the best financing package.

If you can provide me with debt financing, I can pay back the investment within 10 years at an interest rate of 3 to 5% per annum.

In case of equity investment, the repayment will also take 10 years and ROI will be 30% per annum.
