Coconut Products Factory in the Philippines

We will make a coconut products factory. We will produce coco peat, coco fibre, coconut juice, coco charcoal, coco shell, sell copra and get copra meal. We buy whole coconuts and sell copra. All other by-products/raw materials are gained at no additional cost. That's why this business has fast ROI and big profit. We will export all products. We have many buyers with Letter of Intent. They agreed to sign a buy and sell contract.

Our company agreed that the investor will have 40% net profit sharing from the total income. We need capital of US$500,000 only. We will make JV contract (Joint Venture) between us and the investor. 1 year net profit of investor will be US$3,500,000.

We are better than the competition because we have mechanical drying system for coco fibre and copra, whereas most of our competitors are using a solar drying system. We are already exporting coconut products and we know the market very well - that is why we are planning to put our own factory. We will buy whole coconuts for Php6 each. For 1 kilo of copra we need 4 whole coconuts. PhP6x4pcs.= PHP24. Local buying price of copra is PHP30 up so we have income from copra PLUS all by-products/raw materials like husk, shell, and coconut water without any additional costs. That is why we will have big profit and fast ROI.

We need at least US$500,000 to implement this project. The capital will be used mainly for construction of the factory. The financial parameters are presented in more detail in the files plan attached below.
