CNH Global is a micro-finance lending company in Cebu, Philippines. It primarily provides micro-loans to small businesses in the Philippines.

CNH Global Exports, Inc is a for profit Filipino corporation, duly registered and authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission, with its principle place of business located in Cebu, Philippines. CNH was created to take advantage of the Asian-Pacific rim economic explosion. At this time in 2011/2012 this is the most profitable and upwardly moving segment of the world. CNH's core business is to issue micro loans to pre-screened business owners in the Philippine region. Micro Loans are un-collateralized loans with a life span of 3-6 months in terms.

CNH Global also acts as a short collateralized lender that accepts personal automobiles, multi-cabs, jeepny, taxi commercial vehicles and property. These loans are typically for a 90-180 day period and carry a loan to collateral value ratio of 25-50%. If during the 90 day period the customer does not come back in to pay the loan, the Company then sells the merchandise to the general public.

The Company anticipates a default rate of about 3% which reflects the industry Standard in Micro Finance.

CNH is seeking to raise $1.5-$2M USD for expansion of its current operations from private investment. The interest rate and loan agreement are to be further discussed during negotiation. This business model assumes that the business will receive a 1 year loan with a 10% fixed interest rate.

Our funding will be used to further operational goals, pay down short term debt, expand current operations of the businesses we lend to, and upgrade their structures.
