We need investors for the amount of $1.5M to cover the construction costs and we are willing to give them 25% of the net profit and 50% of the realized savings.

This project will be the starter of our long-term plan to develop a small town into a sustainable City. Projects for commercial buildings, power industries, factories, government buildings, etc. will be coming next. Our role is to build these edifices that will one day be defined as a town plan. The initial funding is for the construction cost of the beach side condominium. We are looking for a loan and can survive higher interest rates.

We have a interested market. This initial venture will show us that this is very sustainable. Already many countries are making new cities. We are only doing this in piecemeal manner in order to lower financing targets.

Rationale for the deal

The starter project will generate enough funds for the acquisition of more properties which will be used for the realization of further projects.

We have almost 30 years of experience in architectural design and supervision of construction works.

Use of financing

The construction cost is too large for us to handle on our own. We need investors for the amount of $1.5M to cover the construction costs and we are willing to give them 25% of the net profit and 50% of the realized savings.

Opportunity for the investor

The loan amount should be $1.5M at the rate of 9% p.a. Two years payback is within our capability.

Tentatively, $0.5M could be deposited in our escrow account. Another $0.5 could be provided within 90 days, and the balance of $0.5M in another 90 day time.
