Low cost housing project has a big demand in the community considering the huge back log in housing demand. The community needs new houses for the low and middle income families.
Demand for low cost housing is huge, as more the 5 million new houses are needed. This is one of the several small housing project of the company. For a minimum investment of USD 10,000.00 the investor can get back his investment and income in less than 2 years, at the minimum of 8% per annum income, after tax. The investor finance the construction of the building, we provide the land and we sell the property to credit worthy buyers.
The project is currently on the design and development stage. Construction will start by the first quarter of 2012. The new houses are pre-sold, and finance by local banks. The funding will be use in the construction of the building.
We are a new real estate company with several projects on small low cost housing for the low and middle income market. This is a huge unserved market in our country.
