I have registered a company with the express purpose of identifying projects for development. We need funding for equipment, site establishment and working capital.
The high quality hardwood in South West Zambia and Mozambique was identified as a project opportunity and application for obtaining concessions was put in process. A thorough project study was completed confirming that cutting and drying hardwood in South West Zambia and Mozambique then transporting the logs to South Africa and exporting globally is going to be very profitable business. There has been a huge amount of South African and Turkish buyers interested in purchasing hardwood from Zambia and Mozambique.
Our company holds valid sawmill licences. They will be used to open and run sawmills to process the high quality hardwood.
We intend to bring sawn logs of Kiaat Tree (Kiaat is only available in the southern region of Zambia, Angola and Mozambique because all the reserves in Botswana and Zimbabwe have been exploited), Rhodesian Teak and Rosewood into the market.
Our offices will be in South Africa and we will sell wet and dried wood to South African buyers at a Minimum price of $900 for wet hardwood and $1140.39 for dried hardwood. We already spoke to some buyers who are eager to buy from us because of the high demand for hardwood.
Reason for requiring finance:
The Royal Leopard needs an amount of $350 000 for the new business venture. See the attached file for a list of all the equipment needed to start up and successfully run the business. We also need running capital for 2 months.
There are little to no competitors. My management team has 12 years of experience in the forestry in Zambia.
We are looking for an equity partnership of 33%.
We need funding for equipment, site establishment and working capital.
I am looking for investor to invest $350 000 in the business against a 30-33% share in it.
