Our guaranteed annual return on investment (ROI) option is available for the investors looking for a more stable and secure investment. Financial returns will be paid by lump sum annually into investors prescribed account.

We are offering a 50/50 Joint Venture.

• Our Company and The Partner will enter a minimum contract term of 5 (five) years.
• We can assist The Partner selecting exceptional breeding herd from a reputable game breeder.
• The progeny (both genders) is split 50/50 between The Parties
• Mortalities are managed and replaced by progeny. Insurance is available should The Partner wish to insure his animals through a reputable insurance broker at his own cost.
• We will cover all on-going management expenses, feed, veterinary services, medicines and vaccinations.
• On the selling of any animals from the yield, veterinary, brokers fees, transport and other relevant costs will be deducted and the net amount equally divided between The Parties
• We will have the first option to purchase the breeding herd.
• Kolwah Investments charge an initiation fee of 7.5% payable on purchased value of the initial breeding herd.
• If The Partner bridges the contract before the minimum contract term of 5 (five) years a penalty fee will apply of 10% of the portfolio value. An expert will determine a fair market value and all veterinary, brokers fees, transport and other relevant costs will be deducted from the yield and then the penalty fee applied on the net portfolio value of the investment.
• Our Ltd. will be audited by “CMR Registered Auditors”.

• We and The Partner will enter a minimum contract term of 5 (five) years.
