Investment Opportunity

Wildlife breeding in South Africa is reaching new heights with every auction and very few, if any investment currently utilized, create returns of this magnitude.

We are situated in prime wildlife breeding area in South Africa with elephant, sable, buffalo, nyala, kudu and plenty more roaming freely on farms.

We are currently diversifying into wildlife breeding and are surrounded by breeding and hunting operations.

We plan this venture right from the start to add to our current agricultural activities and will employ the latest technology and trends from the abundance of information surrounding us.

We have available sound infrastructure, land, skills, and equipment for the intended project.
The property includes 1,118 ha,109 ha under cultivation with 32 ha mango trees and 60,000 seedlings mango trees in a Commercial nursery to be planted later this year.
We also have a pilot project of 5,000 macadamia nuts under trial at the moment. It is our aim to utilise the excellent nursery conditions regarding isolation and temperature , and expand to grow 250,000 mango and macadamia trees next year after our successful trials this year.

We are offering 50% shares in our company and in return you will receive a debt free company, established infrastructure, mango trees in production, a Commercial nursery and growing wildlife enterprise to ensure a sustainable income for the operation from three different sources of income, both medium and long term.
Exotic breeding is an option for the preferred independent investor at a progeny split to be discussed.

Competitive Advantage

National Reserves all over the Continent is under sustained pressure from organized poaching and we foresee that the private wildlife owner is the future saviour of wildlife in Africa. That will create immense opportunities and possibilities for the private breeder.

The animals we intend to breed, roamed this area freely up to 50 years ago. Cattle farming took over and as South Africa is one of only a few countries in Africa with private ownership of wildlife, this is where the future of wildlife lies with investment opportunities already proving to very rewarding.

Rationale for the deal

The 50% shareholder will receive a debt free enterprise with developed infrastructure and established sustainable annual income from fruit trees and a Commercial nursery.
The wildlife component will add stability to the existing income with the potential to privately invest further into exotic wildlife breeding. Thus a secure investment into property while the option is there to expand under your own control into wildlife breeding.

Use of financing

The investment will be used as folow:
USD 1 000 000 to buy 50% shares and equal equity.
USD 500 000 to invest in infrastructure and basic wildlife component.
Additional financing can be done as an Investor Breeder.

Opportunity for the investor

Participate in an existing fruit production operation, a commercial nursery and expand into a new exciting and rewarding wildlife breeding operation with unlimited scope and yields that only depend on quality and excellence.

The norm on normal wildlife breeding is 60% ROI after 5 years, and with exotic wildlife breeding the returns are much higher.
