Pre-School Start-Up in South Africa

We want to educate pre-scholars in a holistic manner. Create strong-minded children with a holistic learning academy. I plan to have the school ready for 2012 - I have my website already but have not gone live due to trying to source funders. I have also obtained quotes re equipment, etc. I plan to have: 30 children - 10 children to a teacher, and 1 hygiene controller, etc.

We expect fully-fledged school-ready learners, independent school goers, stable and sound-minded children who develop into stable and independent adults and to be able to cope in most situations in life.

Holistic education includes focusing on emotional development, philosophy of life, life skills / coping skills

30 children times r3000 per month = r90 000. Monthly expenses are r50 000.

Most pre-schools focus on basic physical and intellectual development while the idea I have is unique, focusing on holistic and individual development. I have my complete plan already. Investor can become a silent partner/director.

I have been an educator for 13 years. i also have a life line counselling qualification. i also have a qualification as an assessor and facilitated NQF 2 and 4.

I have completed module 1 in remedial education and also basic principles of pr. with a mixed bag of qualifications, i have a lot to bring to the development of children.

I will also introduce classes / workshops for parents re coping skills, etc.

Yes - there are numerous pre-schools operating successfully in the area I live in.

I do not have personal funding and cannot obtain from a bank, as I do not have a clear credit history due to a time when I was unemployed.
