We invite all companies involved in Coal, Iron Ore, Mn Ore Mining or companies looking for expansion to partner with us in the exploration of Mines in South Africa.

Through our strategic partnerships we have acquired a Prospecting and Mining Licenses in the coal rich Mpumalanga Region, South Africa.
In total we have acquired 42 Farms which we are offering a JV Opportunity - all these are Greenfields and require full scale exploration and development. All necessary permits and licenses are already in place.

Our strategic view is to get these projects to a Bankable Feasibility stage with an intention to re-sell and where in some of the projects might be reserved for full scale mining pending the approval by the shareholders.

We are offering 60-40% Shareholding in these projects in return for the (depending upon the status of the project) funding of the project through exploration to development
