Seeking Investor for an Entertainment Resort

An opportunity to invest in an undeveloped industry (entertainment) and closing the gap between resorts and entertainment resorts is what is required in South Africa. The current project is just that: I introduce an entertainment resort to you, the investor; an opportunity that is beneficial in a long term investment relationship.

The Entertainment Resort will be one of the largest night life entertainment facilities located in the Western Cape of South Africa. The concept of the Entertainment Resort is to provide entertainment in a relaxed atmosphere. This will be the next all-in-one party place in Cape Town, South Africa.
The Resort will have +/- 25 hectares to entertain people in a unique way by providing 4 unique themes of night club rooms. The goal is to provide a unique nightlife experience for adults 21-50 living in the Western Cape area and other provinces in South Africa.

The facility will have a restaurant, 4 themed night clubs, cigar lounge, 8 individual offices, training and conference rooms, 4 VIP rooms, 1 tennis court, 18 hole mini golf course, shuttle service and a party bus, 2 water bars, a unique outside beach pool with waterfalls for summer parties and an outside stage for live performances. The resort will provide sufficient parking to accommodate its clientele.

Apart from the resort a portion of the +/-25 hectares will be for a camping site that will accommodate 200 campers.

In order for the Resort to materialize, property needs to be purchased and a few plots have been identified that are currently on the market.
