Quick ice is a new company that identified a niche in the South African market for the supply of ice on a hassle free, quick and convenient way. This new and exciting way of ice supply to the public will not only benefit the general public but also the various ice vendors.

Market

The ice market in SA is very big. Clear evidence of this is that every fuel/filling station, each and every liquor store and all the chain stores keep ice on their floors. Our aim is not to extend the market but to take over a huge part of this industry.

Competitors

Currently there are no competitors directly to us because of the nature of our supplies. There is however ice producing and supplying companies but this is in the conventional sense of the way and hold no real threat to us. Our system works far easier, quicker, and more cost effective than the conventional method. We will actually pay you to have our ice in your store.

Technical

We use Ice producing machines that also dispense the ice at the same time. These machines come in various sizes. The machine is a vending machine that will be stationed in or just outside a store, shop, fuel station etc depending on circumstances and can be totally controlled remotely via our IT systems. Transactions, usages, sales etc can all be controlled and checked on a daily basis and it is totally atomized.

Ice Supply

The supply of the ice from a third party now falls away completely and it is in the hands of the shop owner. The machine produces the Ice while on site and also dispenses the ice on site. No more deliveries that’s late or incorrect. No more damages and losses due to broken bag. Machine filters are changed on a 6 monthly cycle and every machine comes with a 10 year guarantee.
